The body is simply what we hang our clothes on. It's not us.

But when we have a distorted view of the body, we forget what's on the inside: Our value.

Inside each of us is literally a one-of-a-kind, priceless, gift to the world. Stronger than diamonds, our value cannot be broken. The only way to lose it, is by giving it up.

Without our value at the center of us, we use our body as bait because we are convinced that no one would want to have us: we're worthless.

Understand this. The body is a container that encases our value. In the same way that clothes hang on our body, our body hangs on our value.

And if done correctly? Life will whither your body, but your value will stay in place- as priceless as ever.
