"Multiple Intelligences: New Horizons"
This was a book published by Howard Gardner, an American psychologist that popularized the idea that IQ was not enough to determine someone's intelligence.
He proposed his own theory: there are "multiple intelligences" to measure a person by and, although everyone has a little bit of each (he proposed eight), you have one that is the strongest. Among the eight was "Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence", which is the ability to use mental abilities to coordinate bodily movements. Not surprisingly, dancers were a prime example.
Most would say that you have the ability to dance really well or "You're a natural." According to Howard Gardner's theory: you're a genius with your body.
Refuse to label artistic and intelligent as opposites.
You are a unique type of smart.
