If I had a dollar for every time I heard that phrase... I would be retired in my early twenties.
First of all, I teach dance. If you don't know how to dance, I am the perfect person to talk to! You don't have to be a professional dancer to enjoy dance.

Why Do YOU Dance?
Dance was done for enjoyment and connection with people thousands of years before the first person said, "Hey! I could get paid for this!" It is an enjoyable thing to move to music. It connects you to your own body. It releases stress. It's great exercise. And it can strengthen relationships between friends and family.
If you love to dance, learn how. If you know how, do it more. Even if the only one who sees you is your living room couch.
