If you created something - a studio, a troupe, a dance brand of any kind - you need to allow the journey of what you created to ebb and flow.
It is a living breathing thing! It is growing in the same way that you are growing as a dancer and, more importantly, it is as unique as you are because it was born from your DNA.
Some seasons of the journey will be spent building, planning, and strategizing. Some seasons will be spent on the road, in front of people, acting out the plan. Others? Others will be sitting. Enjoying what you created.
Sometimes the sitting is forced. Thrown upon you because of lack of business. Enjoy it.
If you can embrace the fact that what you created will have seasons. You will enjoy every second of it.
