Humans are everywhere. We are constantly engaged with people in our community (we might like some more than others... but that's besides the point).
This inescapable community mindset made me realize that we are never not contributing. What we do and don't approve of, what we champion as success or frown upon as weakness, even the identities of our peers are affected by us.
This is done with words and silence. Silence has it's own connotation.
To not speak, is to speak volumes.
When the opportunity presents itself. Analyze it. Process it carefully and choose the option that will breathe life into your community. You are needed.
